Equipment usually have a life cycle and sometimes can fail unexpectedly. Having to purchase a replacement can be a costly investment and we understand this hassle. At MILLIMECH, using our extensive knowledge of calibration, servicing and repair - we are capable of addressing your needs. All repairs carried out are performed by highly technical and capable engineers and is thoroughly tested before dispatch.
All small tools are repaired at our service center. Customers may choose to courier their product to our service center or hand deliver the instrument in need of repair to our service center. When sending your instrument for repair by courier, please address the package to our service center providing with your contact details, email id, phone number, and a brief description of the problem. Upon evaluation of the problem, one of our service engineers will contact you with your repair estimate.
Repair, Shifting ,Training and Calibration
At MILLIMECH we provide On-site installations, repair, shifting, training and calibration for all Measuring Machines, be it any make and other precision measuring equipment. Our engineers are highly skilled and trained to bring to you the best in service quality. The training program they undergo provides them with the ability to access the equipment condition, determine the cause of problems and fix them in an effective and timely manner.
Precision equipment should be inspected regularly (at least once a year) to ensure accuracy and to reduce the risk of a breakdown. MMT offers its customers “Annual Maintenance contracts” on precision equipment . These contracts provide priority planning and cost controls to our customers.
We provide on site training for CMM,VISION SYSTEMS, ROUNDNESS, COUNTOUR ,ROUGHNESS ,PROFILE PROJECTOR ,HARDNESS, 2D HEIGHT GAUGE and in house training as well.
